Terms and Conditions – e555 Platform Rules of Use

1. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at e555 and use any of the services available on the platform — including online casino, slots, Sports Betting, crash games, and poker — you must meet all eligibility requirements described in this section.

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be an individual resident in Brazil, with a valid and active CPF;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and CPF;
• Not be listed on any bettor exclusion lists or enrolled in voluntary self-exclusion programs at e555 or any other operator;
• Not be an employee or contractor of e555, nor an immediate family member of any platform employee;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

Each individual may hold only one account on the e555. Creating multiple accounts under the same holder — whether using different email addresses, third-party CPFs, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved, as well as the withholding of any balances identified as irregular.

2. Player Account

After successfully registering on e555, a personal, non-transferable account will be created in your name. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through this account, including bets, financial transactions, and use of the games available on the platform.

• You must keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone. e555 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other communication channel;
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to e555 support via chat or by email at contato@e555.click;
• It is the Player's responsibility to keep their registration details up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing and identity verification;
• Your e555 account may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or used by third parties under any circumstances;
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 (twelve) months may be subject to a review process. The Player will be notified by email before any action is taken regarding the account balance.

A e555 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts showing suspicious activity, Terms violations, fraud attempts, or any behavior that jeopardizes the integrity of the platform or other players.

3. Deposits & Payments

A e555 accepts the main payment methods used in Brazil. All deposits are processed exclusively in BRL (R$). Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

• Pix: available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with instant credit to your e555 account. Minimum of R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário): processing time of up to 2 business days after boleto payment. Minimum of R$ 20.00;
• Credit and debit card: accepted card brands vary by platform availability. Funds credited to your account within up to 15 minutes after issuer confirmation;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: real-time account credit. Minimum of R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• TED Transfer: accepted from Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions. Processing time of up to 1 business day.

All funds deposited into the account of the e555 must come from legitimate sources and belong exclusively to the account holder. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted. e555 may verify the source of funds at any time and may request supporting documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering policies.

4. Withdrawals & Processing

A e555 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix to the key registered by the Player on their account. The Pix key must be linked to a bank account held in the Player's own name, matching the CPF registered with e555.

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00 per request;
• Processing time: up to 5 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours a day, including weekends and national holidays;
• E555 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any banking intermediary fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player's financial institution;
• Withdrawals linked to bonus use are subject to prior fulfillment of the rollover requirements described in Section 5 of these Terms;
• E555 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding BRL 5,000.00 per request or BRL 20,000.00 within any 30-day period.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations, the e555 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing while conducting an internal investigation. The Player will be notified of any hold and of any documents that may be required to release the balance.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

A e555 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, Sports Betting bonuses, free spins on slots, and other special offers. Each promotion has its own rules and requirements, which will be detailed on the respective offer page. The general rules that apply to all e555 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus is available once per Player, per account, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise;
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Credits not used within the specified period are automatically removed from the account without further prior notice;
• Every bonus is subject to a rollover requirement (a minimum wagering volume required to release the balance for withdrawal). The rollover requirement and eligible games are specified in the conditions of each promotion;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on ineligible games or excluded markets may have the bonus cancelled without prior notice;
• E555 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, including the early termination of limited-time offers;
• Participation in e555 promotions is restricted to players who meet all eligibility criteria described in section 1 of these Terms.

6. Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section of e555 covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, state leagues, and international competitions), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), MMA and UFC, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), Formula 1, and over 40 other sports. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting placed on the platform:

• All bets confirmed on e555 are final and non-reversible, except in the cases provided for in this section or in the specific rules of the market;
• E555 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (technical or publishing error), with a full refund of the staked amount returned to the Player;
• Live bets are accepted while the market is open on the platform. e555 may suspend live markets at any time, including during ongoing events;
• The cash out feature is available on eligible markets. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake if the outcome is unfavorable at the time of use;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement, bets are voided and the amount is returned to the Player's wallet, unless the event takes place within 36 hours of the original date and time;
• Multiple bets (accumulators) that include a voided selection are recalculated without that selection, with all remaining selections staying valid;
• E555 is not responsible for third-party data transmission errors that may affect the display of odds or real-time results on the platform.

7. Casino, Slots & Games

The online casino games, slots, crash games, and poker available on the e555 are provided by certified technology suppliers, with RNG (random number generator) audited by internationally recognized independent laboratories. The declared RTP (return to player) for each game is available in the game information on the platform.

• The results of all games are generated randomly and independently. e555 does not manipulate game outcomes or interfere with providers' algorithms;
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session (connection drop, server error), the round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player. Rounds completed before the failure are settled normally;
• Progressive jackpots are paid in accordance with the game provider's rules and are subject to verification before payment, particularly for amounts above R$ 50,000.00;
• Players must check the minimum and maximum bet requirements for each game before starting a session. Bets placed outside the permitted limits may be refused or voided;
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time from external studios. Any transmission interruptions are the responsibility of the studio provider, not e555.

The use of any external software, bot, automated script, or any other tool that interferes with the normal operation of e555 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

8. User Conduct

By using the e555, you agree to act in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and applicable Brazilian law. The following practices are expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account or using third-party accounts to circumvent limitations or restrictions imposed by e555;
• Using false identification information, third-party CPFs, or fraudulent documents during the registration or verification process;
• Placing bets with the intent to launder money or move funds of illicit origin;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event (arbitrage betting) with the goal of securing risk-free profit or artificially meeting rollover requirements;
• Exploit technical loopholes, odds errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage over the platform;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring credits, bonuses, or balances between accounts;
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward any member of the e555 support team.

A e555 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, cancellation of bets and/or bonuses, withholding of irregular balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities when the situation requires it.

9. Responsible Gambling

A e555 believes that online entertainment should always be a positive experience, within each person's means. That's why we offer a set of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, at no extra cost:

• Deposit limits: set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooldown period;

• Session timer: set alerts to notify you when you have reached a certain amount of playtime in your active session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: lock your account for periods between 1 and 180 days. During self-exclusion, deposits and bets are suspended;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the Player's request. Irreversible once confirmed.

10. Account Closure

The Player may request the closure of their account at e555 at any time, without needing to provide a reason, by contacting support via live chat or by emailing contato@e555.click. The closure process includes:

• Settlement of all open bets in accordance with the rules applicable to each market;
• Processing of withdrawals from the available account balance, provided that identity verification requirements have been met;
• Cancellation of active bonuses that have not yet met their rollover requirements;
• Removal of the Player's profile in accordance with the data retention periods set out in the e555 Privacy Policy and the LGPD.

A e555 also reserves the right to unilaterally close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. In cases of closure due to a breach, balances originating from irregular activity may be withheld following review by the compliance team.

11. Limitation of Liability

A e555 will make all reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and running without interruption. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for:

• Losses resulting from temporary technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond e555's control (acts of God or force majeure);
• Service interruptions caused by third parties, including internet service providers, game suppliers, or payment systems;
• Betting decisions made based on incorrect odds caused by a technical error, provided e555 takes appropriate corrective action upon identifying the error;
• Unauthorized access to the Player's account resulting from a security vulnerability on the Player's own device or from mishandling of their login credentials;
• Financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the Player, within the limits and rules established in these Terms.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the e555 towards a Player will not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 90 (ninety) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of proven willful misconduct by the platform.

12. Privacy & LGPD

A e555 handles all Players' personal data in strict compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The processing, storage, and sharing of personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• Data collected by e555 is used solely for platform operation, identity verification, payment processing, fulfillment of legal obligations, and communication with the Player;
• E555 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes;
• The Player has the right to access, correct, request deletion of, and port their personal data at any time, free of charge, by contacting e555 support;
• All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption on restricted-access servers.

13. Changes to the Terms

A e555 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players at least 7 (seven) days in advance via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the effective date.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the e555 regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject. The following provisions supplement these Terms:

• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990) and the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018);
• Jurisdiction: the courts of the Player's place of domicile are elected as the venue for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code;
• Partial invalidity: if any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions are unaffected and remain in full force;
• Waiver: e555's failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right for the future;
